The supplied product is the lamp only. Holders, ballast, enclosure, controls and other equipment parts are separate.

This T5 lamp is a straight low-pressure mercury-vapour discharge tube with a G5 bi-pin cap at each end. The supplied component is the lamp only; holders, ballast, enclosure and operating controls belong to the host equipment.
