Separate-Panel Solar Flood Light Series
- Shaded-Wall Flexibility: Place the light on a shaded facade while locating the charger in a sunnier nearby position.
- Project-Scale Housing Choice: Related heads and panels increase together across the family instead of using one enclosure for every output level.
- Nightly Schedule Management: Dimming and timed operation allocate stored charge across the required operating window.
- Panel Maintenance Access: The split arrangement keeps the collection surface separately reachable for cleaning and inspection.

Product Description
Product Details
Product Construction
The CL801 assembly uses an aluminum flood enclosure linked to a 6 V polysilicon collection module and 32650-format energy storage. The four configurations scale physical envelopes and electrical ratings without changing the split-system architecture.
Selection & Installation Notes
Use Actual Power and lumen output for electrical and lighting selection; 50 W, 100 W, 200 W and 300 W are grade labels. Confirm both mounting surfaces, cable routing, drainage, aiming and remote settings. The listed 12-hour operation and 2-3 rainy days depend on charging conditions, season, battery condition and operating settings. For related off-grid area lighting, compare our solar flood lights.
Recommended Application
Applications
- Service Yards: Mount the flood head above the work edge while placing the separate panel beyond roof or equipment shade.
- Remote Entrances: Aim the selected output at gates and thresholds while locating the panel for unobstructed daylight.
- Farm Outbuildings: Separate the charging and lighting positions around barns, sheds and equipment areas.
- Perimeter Lighting Points: Aim the selected flood output along walls, fences and site edges while placing the panel in open daylight.

Use Actual Power: 5, 10, 20 or 30 W. The 50, 100, 200 and 300 W values are grade labels, not electrical input.
Place the matched panel where it receives unobstructed daylight through the year, then route the cable without sharp edges, pinch points or standing water.
The series lists remote control, timing and brightness functions together with light control and a power-remaining display. Confirm the operating schedule during commissioning.
No. The listed values are 12 hours and 2-3 rainy days, but actual operation depends on solar exposure, season, weather, panel cleanliness, battery condition and selected settings.
No. IP67 is the listed product rating for the approved assembly. Field-made joints, cable entries and mounting penetrations still need suitable sealing and drainage.
No. Each model has a matched panel, from 6 V / 12 W at 350 x 290 x 17 mm to 6 V / 25 W at 530 x 350 x 17 mm.
