Microwave Sensor Backlit LED Panel

This microwave sensor backlit LED panel combines occupancy-responsive control with a 30 mm rear-lit housing. Four square and rectangular formats support intermittently occupied indoor ceiling spaces.
  • Automatic Occupancy Response: Microwave sensing supports hands-free switching in intermittently used indoor spaces.
  • Rear Sensor and Driver Assembly: The control hardware sits behind the luminous face within the ceiling void.
  • Four Ceiling Formats: Square and rectangular sizes cover several common metric grid layouts.
  • Project-Defined Sensor Settings: Detection range, hold time, daylight threshold and standby behavior are set for the selected configuration.

Product Description

Product Details

Product Construction

The BE family places the light source behind the diffuser in a 30 mm metal housing. The isolated driver and compact microwave module sit on the rear assembly, leaving a clean luminous front when the panel is installed.

Selection & Installation Notes

Select the exact model by ceiling format, available void depth and required power. Confirm clearance for the rear driver and sensor, detection zone, hold time, daylight threshold, standby sequence, input version and access for adjustment on the approved sample. Use the panel only in compatible indoor ceiling installations; no outdoor or IP-rated configuration is specified. For other sensor-ready ceiling formats, compare our project-grade LED panels.

Recommended Application

Applications

  • Archive Aisles: Occupancy-responsive ceiling light for enclosed records storage with intermittent traffic.
  • Back-Office Storage: Automatic indoor illumination for stock and document rooms used throughout the day.
  • Service Corridors: Backlit sensor panels support circulation routes with project-tuned detection behavior.
  • Utility Spaces: Square and rectangular panels cover intermittently occupied indoor support rooms.

Frequently Asked Questions?

Find clear answers to common questions about product specifications, model selection, applications, and quotation requirements. For project-specific needs, send us your target market, required quantity, and key specifications.

What detection range and hold time does the backlit panel use?

No fixed values are published for this series. Define detection range, hold time, daylight threshold and standby behavior with the selected sensor and driver during sample approval.

Can microwave sensing respond through partitions?

It can respond through some non-metallic materials. Test the actual room layout and tune the detection zone to avoid unwanted triggers.

How does the backlit version differ from the slim panel?

The backlit page covers 30 mm XGYPL-BE models with rear-mounted driver and sensor hardware. The separate slim page covers 9 mm XGYPL-SE side-emission models with a face-mounted sensor.

Which backlit model fits a 600 x 600 mm grid?

XGYPL-BE-6060-E40 measures 595 x 595 x 30 mm. Confirm the actual grid module, rear clearance, support method and accessory clearances before ordering.

Is this sensor panel suitable for outdoor use?

No outdoor or IP rating is published. Use it in a compatible indoor ceiling installation.

What can New Lights configure for an OEM/ODM project?

We manufacture the BE family and can configure the selected size, power, CCT, driver input and agreed sensor behavior, then confirm labeling and packing on the approved specification.
