The New Lights booth at the 2024 Ningbo International Lighting Exhibition brought decorative lamps, linear fixtures, LED tubes, panel lights and ceiling lights into one display. For a current enquiry, the useful approach is to separate those visible directions into individual RFQ lines, because each family has different installation, electrical and evidence requirements.
A multi-category display needs a product-family map

The booth entrance gives a useful first division. Decorative filament lamps are selected around shape, ambience and lamp-holder context. Tubes and integrated linear fixtures require length, wiring, linking and mounting information. Panels and ceiling lights introduce ceiling dimensions, cut-outs, surface or recessed installation, and light-distribution questions.
This division matters because a single request such as “quote the products in this booth” cannot produce comparable offers. Marking a display section is the first step; the next step is to assign a separate application and specification boundary to every requested family.
Convert the display into separate RFQ lines
Use one row for each distinct product family or configuration. Do not combine products merely because they share a similar length, diffuser or light colour.
| RFQ line | First information to provide | Main decision boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Decorative filament lamp | Bulb shape, cap, glass finish, visual pattern and application | Appearance must be separated from electrical and dimming requirements |
| LED tube | Length, cap, fixture, ballast or wiring mode and destination market | Lamp and existing system must be compatible |
| Integrated linear fixture | Length, mounting, linking layout, feed point and controls | Circuit and connector limits apply to the complete run |
| LED panel | Module size, mounting method, ceiling condition and light target | Physical fit and optical layout must be reviewed together |
| Ceiling light | Diameter or cut-out, installation depth, surface and room task | Recessed and surface-mounted products have different site boundaries |
Linear products require system information

For an integrated fixture, total wattage alone does not define the maximum linked run. Feed arrangement, connector rating, conductor capacity, inrush current, protective device and local installation rules can become the limiting factor. The T5 integrated fixture linking guide explains how to structure those checks before installation.
A current connectable T5 integrated LED fixture provides a product route for linked linear applications. A quotation should still identify the exact length, power, colour temperature, connector arrangement, mounting accessories and intended circuit rather than relying on the appearance of an exhibition sample.
Decorative products need an appearance reference and an electrical brief
The decorative section included multiple filament shapes and illuminated motifs. A buyer should specify the visual subject, glass or envelope shape, cap, voltage, light colour, dimming requirement and target packaging. If the product is used in a hospitality or retail scheme, include the viewing distance and whether the lamp is exposed or enclosed by a shade.
The heart-shaped LED filament bulb is one current example of a design-led filament direction. Other shapes should be treated as separate variants so that drawings, samples and packaging artwork remain traceable.
Use the booth overview to check RFQ coverage

Before sending the RFQ, compare the marked booth image with the line-item list. Every marked family should have an application, dimensions, electrical basis, appearance options, quantity, destination market and required documents. If two items need different installation or evidence, they need different rows even when they look related.
After selecting current models, move to samples with matching model codes and option fields. The New Lights factory and manufacturing overview provides the capability context for controlled sampling and production. Record any difference between the quoted configuration and the production-intent sample before approval.
2024 Ningbo Lighting Expo context
The Ningbo International Lighting Exhibition organiser listed the 2024 event for 8–10 May at the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center. The Ningbo Lighting and Electric Appliances Association also reported that the fair opened there on 8 May 2024.
Current event notices and dated New Lights archives are collected on the Lighting Events & Trade Shows page. To identify a displayed family or prepare a current multi-line quotation, contact New Lights with the marked images and RFQ fields.
Frequently Asked Questions
What product families were shown at the New Lights Ningbo booth?
The photographs show decorative filament lamps, T5 and T8 linear products, panel lights, ceiling lights and other display formats. Current model identity and options should be specified in the follow-up request.
Should several displayed products be combined into one RFQ line?
Use separate lines when the products differ in family, installation, wiring, dimensions, options or evidence requirements. This keeps quotations and samples comparable.
What information is needed for a linked linear-light request?
Provide fixture length, power, supply, mounting, feed points, intended number per run, connector arrangement, controls, protective device context and installation market.
