How to reduce the failure rate of equipment in the production process of natural solar simulation lamps? Are redundant designs or other reliability improvement technologies adopted?
Key measures to reduce equipment failure rate
1. Refined design and material selection
In the early stage of the design of natural solar simulation lamps, Haining New Light Source focused on reducing the risk of failure from the source. We use advanced computer-aided design (CAD) and simulation software to accurately simulate and optimize the structure, heat dissipation system and optical performance of the lamps. By accurately calculating the layout of lamp beads, the size of heat sinks and the selection of materials, we ensure that the lamps can effectively dissipate heat during operation to avoid failures caused by overheating. In addition, we use high-quality light source components and electronic components, such as high-brightness, low-attenuation LED chips, as well as high-temperature and corrosion-resistant materials, to improve the durability and stability of the products from the source.
2. Redundant design and fault prevention
In order to improve the reliability of natural solar simulation lamps, we do adopt redundant design strategies. We have implemented redundant configurations on key components of natural solar simulation lamps, such as power supplies, control systems and cooling fans. This means that even if a component fails, the spare component can immediately take over the work, ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the lamp, greatly reducing the downtime caused by single point failure. In addition, we have designed an intelligent monitoring system to monitor the working status of the lamp in real time, and immediately issue an early warning once an abnormality is found, which facilitates rapid response and maintenance, further reducing the failure rate.

Haining New Light Source has a 50,000 square meter production base equipped with 20 professional production lines. Each production line uses automated and semi-automated equipment to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the production process. Especially in the key assembly and testing links, we have introduced automated testing equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, temperature cycle test chambers, etc., to conduct comprehensive testing of the optical performance, electrical performance and environmental adaptability of the lamps, ensuring that every natural solar simulation lamp shipped out of the factory can meet or exceed industry standards.
